Who can use the service?

Our free Will service is available to adults living permanently in England or Wales looking to write a simple Will.

What kind of Will can you write using this service? 

Our free Will service covers the cost of writing or amending a simple Will only. Should your wishes be more complex than expected e.g. you have complicated family circumstances or you want to include certain types of trusts in your Will, then you will need to pay the difference between their normal fee for a simple Will and the complex Will fee (the simple Will element is always free). Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.

Can I write a Will for me and my partner?

Yes, our free Will Service covers the cost of Mirror Wills. You only need to register for the service once per Mirror Will.

Do I need to leave a gift to Age International?

Most people who use our free Will Service choose to leave a gift to charity; however, there is no obligation to do so. Once you have considered your loved ones, we hope you'll be inspired to kindly leave a gift in your Will to us.

Who writes the Will at the National Free Wills Network?

The solicitor firms within The National Free Wills Network will be responsible for any work they do on your behalf. They are all authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.

All you need to do is refer yourself to the National Free Will Network by signing up today. They will then send you a free Will-writing pack with everything you need including details of participating firms in your local area.
